Use this form to schedule an appointment time for notarization service. Online appointments are available from 9AM-6PM M-F. You will be directed to the Calendly.com website to choose a time slot which are in one-half hour increments. You will also receive an invoice from Paypal.com which will need to be paid prior to your appointment time. You will be able to pay at Paypal.com with Paypal or Venmo.
