At this time I'm involved exclusively with online notarizations using secure digital platforms which are approved by the state of Maryland for Remote Online Notarization. (RON) This eliminates the need for in person meetings to notarize documents. I'm able to notarize complete loan document signings for purchase and refinance transactions as well as notarize individual documents.
